Our Trust Services team is here to assist you with the changing needs your family has by providing you with useful financial, estate and gift planning information through education, seminars and one-on-one appointments.

We are here not only to assist you and your family in arranging your Last Will and Testament, but also help you in your desires to support the Lord’s work of advancing the gospel whether through your Will or with a current gift.

Over thirty years we have been privileged to guide our members in the preparation of thousands of documents through well-qualified and experienced attorneys. These documents include:

• Last Will and Testaments

• Family Trusts (Revocable Living Trusts)

• Charitable Trusts

• Health Care Directives/Living Wills and Power of Attorney for Finances

• Charitable Gift Annuities (a gift to the missions you believe in with a guaranteed income for life)

In order to serve you professionally the Kentucky-Tennessee Conference Trust Services Department is audited regularly and meets rigorous accreditation and fiduciary standards. Our department has been awarded and maintains the highest possible “A” rating accreditation classification by the General Conference Accreditation and Certification Committee. All of our Trust Services Staff must complete a multi-faceted certification course to be certified and obtain continuing education each year to continue their certification.
